I want to thank you for arranging a wonderful Holland America
Alaskan cruise. It was better than I could have imagined - the
Rydam provided such an elegant, comfortable atmosphere. I love
art and was so impressed with the art collection on board and
with the attention to visual detail that was everywhere. I also
love good food and the cruising on the Ryndam was so wonderfully
varied and well prepared! The service was incredible - every
staff person and crew member made me feel special and at home.
there were so many activities to choose from and, yet, I never
felt like I was in a crowd. Of course, Alaska was also
extraordinary! I doubt that I will ever see more beautiful
scenery. It was a memorable week and I appreciate the time and
thought you put into the itinerary and travel arrangements. I

Just wanted to say thanks for the great job in booking my cruise
to Alaska on Holland America. I had the time of my life. I
wasn't sure what to expect, but everything from the time my bags
were checked at the airport in Minneapolis, until they were
dropped of at the Anchorage airport was fabulous; – from the
food and service, to the accommodations on the ship, and
excursions off the ship. I have already recommended the cruise
to everyone I know and have bragged to anyone who would listen.

Thank you for arranging my Alaskan cruise. it was absolutely
wonderful!! On board the ms Ryndam I felt like a "Lady of
Leisure" everyday. The ship, the service, and the hospitality
were outstanding. What a way for me to celebrate my 50th
birthday..."in style!!" The was the BEST vacation! I am
definitely hooked on cruises and since I am now an alumni on
Holland America let's start looking into another cruise. Of

The cruise was G-R-E-A-T !!! Everything was top shelf & our
staff was fantastic. How ya gonna get us back in a Veranda Suite
after we've done the Penthouse! The addition of the Neptune
Lounge is great. Having snacks & a personal concierge right down
the hall - it doesn't get any better.

The cruise was excellent. We had a great time and we are
definitely going on a cruise again, sometime in the near future.
The weather was good, for the most part (it stormed the first
night at sea but other than that it was beautiful) The ports of
call were great - Grand Cayman was my favorite, but Ocho Rios
was great too!
The room and the boat were good too. No major problems ever. We
didn't dine in the dining room that much because I found myself
not liking so much food, so we hung out upstairs at the Lido
deck where there was also good food and lots of it. We did not
get sea sick at all, so that was good!
All in all it was a really great honeymoon! Carnival was a great
cruise line.

What a trip. It was beautiful. Thank you so much for arranging
this and thank you for the wine and champagne that was in our
stateroom on our arrival. While it was raining on our arrival
into Barbados, the sun came out within several hours and we had
perfect weather the whole week and a perfect vacation. We were a
little surprised by the average passenger age; in that, we felt
like we were the younger generation. This probably had more to
do with the time of the year than the actual ship. I can
definitely tell you that after sailing on a smaller ship - we
are hooked. No more big 3000 passenger ships. On the smaller
ship there might not be as much entertainment (shows, etc.) but
that is not our gig nor is the big gambling area of a big ship.
The smaller ship is more intimate and you can get to know other
passengers and get to know the staff and the staff seem to have
the time to do a better job. Even better, it is more casual. On
the big ship at the emergency drill you almost felt like you
were in the army and dinner had to be so tightly scheduled just
to feed the masses. Not the case on the smaller ship. And, the
smaller ship can dock in harbors where the bigger ships are not
allowed. Like I said - we are hooked. The next trip - probably a
WindSpirit or WindSurf in the Mediterranean. Like one of the
advertisements says - yesterday, I was royalty. Now I must get
back to that thing called work - so that we can continue to take
such trips. Thank you again for your efforts in arranging this

Once again,
[we] would like to thank you for your attention to the details
of our recent trip to Alaska and the Yukon. As I stated in my
e-mail from the ship, it was worth every penny. Certainly, the
accommodations, food, and various modes of transportation were
important, but a big part of the value for us is in the
arrangements – everything was seamless, including the transition
from the northbound tour to the southbound on August 18.
